• Provide warm, personalized, and attentive service that exceeds Forbes Four-Star luxury hospitality standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and daily features.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences from arrival through departure.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Deliver food and beverages with professionalism, attention to detail, and proper service etiquette.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout each shift.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support fellow team members through teamwork and communication to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, and special event or banquet service as needed.

• Previous serving experience in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, fine dining establishment, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Luxury hotel or Forbes-rated property experience preferred.
• Wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable.
• Tennessee ABC certification (or ability to obtain).
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
