POSITION SUMMARY
The Spray Technician provides professional pest control, lawn care, mosquito, and ornamental treatment services that help protect customers' homes, lawns, and landscapes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform residential and commercial pest control, lawn care, mosquito, and ornamental treatment services that protect customer properties.
• Inspect homes, lawns, and landscapes to identify pest activity, turf and plant health concerns, and recommend effective treatment solutions.
• Apply products safely and in compliance with pesticide labels, company standards, and all applicable regulations.
• Build lasting customer relationships by communicating services performed, treatment expectations, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and daily service routes to support efficient, high-quality service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
• No prior industry experience is required; experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, construction, or other outdoor work is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to operate mobile applications, accurately document services, safely use application equipment, and obtain required pesticide licensing with company-provided training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time schedule, typically five days per week
• Daytime shifts averaging 8–10 hours
• Occasional weekend work as business needs require
• No overnight or night shifts
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to safely work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely.
• Ability to work on ladders or in confined spaces when required by the position.
