QUALIFICATIONS:

High school degree conferred

At least 18 years old

Be of outstanding Christian character and witness

A clean National Criminal record

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Encore teachers assume responsibility for a class of students when the lead teacher leaves for the day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Continuation of classroom activities and expectations in cooperation with lead teachers
• Planning, preparation and supervision of group activities
• Care and maintenance of classroom equipment/supplies including; clean-up and securing of material/equipment at the end of the work day
• Appropriated communication to lead teacher, parents or director
• Assist with child care for occasional night time events
• Provide appropriate communication for parents
• Documenting minor injuries
• Location of student throughout the afternoon
• Documenting when parent picks up their child
