The Mission:As our next Framing Crew Carpenter, your mission is to lead and execute high-quality rough framing projects across residential, commercial, and off-site construction environments. Defining the Role:
- Rough Framing & Structural Assembly: Expertly assemble panelized walls, floors, trusses, and roofs on residential and commercial projects.
- Blueprint & Measurement Precision: Read building plans fluently and mark/cut materials using hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring instruments (tape measures, rulers, chalk, and gauges).
- Elevated & Off-Site Construction: Erect and work on scaffolding and climb ladders safely to assemble structures above ground level; work in the manufacturing plant as needed.
- Crane Signaling & Job Site Logistics: Assist with site operations through crane signaling and maintaining a clean work environment, including job sites, company vehicles, and job trailers.
- Positive & Dynamic Mindset: Bring an "Uber-positive," enthusiastic, winning attitude with attention to detail and excellent communication across indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Framing Accuracy & Quality: Precision cutting and assembly adhering strictly to building plans and structural standards.

- Project Efficiency: Timely execution of wall, floor, and roof settings to keep projects moving on schedule.

Requirements: Requirements:- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One to three years of experience in framing, construction, installing doors/windows, building materials, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Skills & Abilities: Ability to read building plans and work instructions, utilize power tools, and perform crane signaling. Requires strong hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
- Physical Demands: Ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate weights from 5 to 100 lbs. Comfort working at heights (ladders/scaffolding) and in a variety of indoor/outdoor weather environments.
- Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Driver's License (daily travel to job sites required within a 1+ hour radius).
