Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Take ownership of growth marketing and build a predictable engine for qualified inbound leads and pipeline generation. In this role, you will lead demand generation across paid media, search, AI-powered answer engines, partner programs, and lifecycle marketing. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, using data and continuous experimentation to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel. Working closely with marketing and sales leadership, you will forecast results, strengthen attribution, and turn demand into qualified meetings. You will also leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows, streamline execution, and scale successful growth programs. This is an opportunity to make a measurable business impact within a lean, fast-moving team transforming the automotive industry through AI.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that increases qualified inbound demand and consistently achieves pipeline targets.

  • Own monthly forecasting and performance reporting for qualified inbound, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to align on goals and results.

  • Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and community channels, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative development, and campaign optimization.

  • Run weekly experiments across landing pages, offers, forms, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

  • Optimize the entire journey from initial engagement to held meetings, including speed to lead, scheduling, reminders, and nurture programs.

  • Improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.

  • Convert partner launches, conferences, and roadshows into qualified leads and booked meetings.

  • Define funnel stages and attribution in partnership with Sales, maintain accurate reporting in HubSpot, and ensure pipeline metrics align with CRM data.

  • Build and optimize AI agent workflows, marketing sequences, dashboards, and queries to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.

  • Maintain a structured experiment log, communicate findings, and use performance data to guide future investments.

  • Track progress against key success metrics, including qualified inbound growth, booked-to-held meeting conversion, reporting accuracy, and measurable funnel improvements.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, including at least 2 years directly owning a lead-generation or pipeline target.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, including reporting, query writing, funnel analysis, and the ability to distinguish meaningful trends from noise.

  • A strong experimentation mindset, with the ability to test frequently, learn quickly, and reallocate investment away from underperforming campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and paid acquisition platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Proven experience improving conversion throughout the marketing funnel, from initial engagement to booked and held meetings.

  • Ability to forecast performance, communicate results clearly, and provide actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.

  • Strong execution and prioritization skills, with a focus on progress, measurement, and continuous iteration rather than perfection.

  • An AI-native approach to work, including experience using AI tools and agents to automate tasks, build workflows, and improve efficiency.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth technology company, particularly building a marketing channel or program from the ground up.

  • Experience marketing to automotive dealerships or in another vertical where individual customer accounts represent significant business value.

  • Experience managing partner or channel marketing programs.

  • Working knowledge of answer engine optimization (AEO).

Benefits
  • Annual base salary: $120,000–$150,000.

  • Equity package.

  • Flexible paid time off (PTO).

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • The opportunity to contribute to the growth of AI technology transforming the automotive industry.

  • A high-growth environment offering meaningful ownership, professional development, and opportunities to make a measurable impact.
