Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, Virginia at Belle Haven Country Club

Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Virginia has excellent opportunities for a full-time junior maintenance technician. Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life safety equipment. Be willing to work weekends and some weekdays. • Assist with maintaining Club, performing minor repairs and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Maintain standards of quality member service.
• Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
• Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
• Promptly respond to and resolve work order requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

1-3 years prior maintenance experience required
