This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, product strategy, and enterprise content operations, shaping how content is created, managed, and delivered at scale. You will lead the transformation of a modern MarTech ecosystem, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Workfront, and enterprise DAM solutions. Acting as both strategist and hands-on practitioner, you will design scalable workflows that improve efficiency, governance, and customer experience. The role combines team leadership with deep technical ownership, ensuring seamless integration across tools and channels. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across product, digital, and marketing to align strategy and execution. Your work will directly influence operational excellence, content velocity, and digital experience outcomes across the organization. Accountabilities:

Lead the design, transformation, and optimization of enterprise content management and MarTech workflows, ensuring scalable and efficient digital operations across platforms and teams. Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for content systems, workflow configuration, and MarTech integration while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide MarTech content and workflow strategies aligned to digital product and experience goals
  • Own and evolve core platforms (AEM, Aprimo, Workfront, DAM), ensuring integration across the broader MarTech ecosystem
  • Lead development of standardized workflows, governance models, and content operating frameworks
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities for content optimization, automation, and decisioning support
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, UX, and engineering to align roadmaps and execution
  • Oversee data-driven performance measurement, ensuring workflows improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
  • Mentor and develop teams, establishing strong operational discipline and delivery excellence
Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital product management, MarTech strategy, content operations, or technology leadership, including experience managing teams and complex enterprise systems. Strong expertise in MarTech platforms, workflow design, and digital transformation within large-scale environments.

  • Deep hands-on experience with MarTech ecosystems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Workfront, DAM, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to design and scale enterprise content workflows, governance models, and operational frameworks
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional or matrixed teams in digital or technology environments
  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide change management
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle management, and UX-driven design principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into workflow and experience improvements
  • Experience applying AI or automation technologies to improve content operations and efficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
