This role sits at the center of marketing execution for large-scale, location-based entertainment experiences, ensuring that campaigns, assets, and promotional initiatives move smoothly from intake to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional workflows across creative, marketing, legal, and external partners while keeping complex approval processes on track. The position plays a key role in managing IP/licensor submissions, tracking deliverables, and maintaining operational clarity in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will act as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring deadlines are met and feedback is properly actioned. You will oversee the end-to-end coordination of marketing operations workflows, ensuring all campaign requests, assets, and approvals are properly tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time. You will manage intake processes, distribute briefs, and maintain visibility across multiple concurrent projects while supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manage and track all marketing asset requests, campaign deliverables, and approvals using workflow tools such as Monday.com.
- Coordinate IP/licensor submission and approval processes, ensuring compliance with brand requirements and timelines.
- Maintain clear organization of assets, including version control and structured file management.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams (creative, marketing, legal, finance) and external partners, ensuring feedback is captured and actioned.
- Monitor project progress, flag risks or delays, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support campaign coordination across promotional programming, retail activations, and guest experience initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across marketing processes.
This role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and experience managing structured workflows in a fast-paced marketing or creative environment. You should be comfortable working across multiple teams and tools while maintaining clarity and accountability across all deliverables.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, creative operations, or related roles.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow management, asset tracking, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate feedback into clear action items.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously with strong time management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operational teams.
- Familiarity with licensor/IP approval workflows is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
