This role is a senior-level program and contract management position focused on overseeing a major federal government acquisition vehicle and ensuring its successful execution across commercial, operational, and compliance dimensions. You will act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure seamless contract performance and alignment with regulatory requirements. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, covering areas such as business growth, task order management, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in driving revenue opportunities while ensuring full compliance with federal acquisition frameworks. The environment is fast-paced, highly regulated, and deeply collaborative, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of government contracting, strategy, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the overall execution of the Alliant 3 contract, ensuring compliance with FAR, GSAR, and all applicable federal acquisition regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government contracting officers, resolving performance issues, contract inquiries, and operational matters.
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying, tracking, and supporting new business opportunities and task orders under the GWAC vehicle.
  • Oversee subcontractor identification, onboarding, and management to ensure rapid response capability for RFPs and task order submissions.
  • Manage contract financials, including reporting, funding status, ceiling utilization, and internal financial tracking.
  • Ensure accurate contract administration, including modifications, deliverables, option periods, and compliance requirements such as TAA and PRC.
  • Lead task order management processes, reviewing submissions for scope alignment, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Maintain reporting obligations including Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) submissions, performance reporting, and GSA system data integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience managing complex federal IDIQ or GWAC contracts, ideally within IT services or government contracting environments.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and GSA acquisition regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, financial oversight, and large-scale program management.
  • Background in business development or capture activities related to government contracts is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage effectively with senior leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services solutions such as cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or data analytics is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level briefings.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with approximately 10% travel requirements.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact federal programs supporting mission-critical government initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, strategy, and executive leadership teams.
  • Access to robust organizational resources, tools, and leadership support to drive success.
  • Culture focused on innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to engage with senior government and enterprise stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Flexible and autonomous working environment that encourages decision-making and ownership.
  • Inclusive workplace culture committed to equal opportunity and professional development.
