This is a high-impact, hands-on marketing role focused on driving pipeline growth and go-to-market execution for a leading data software solution. You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, content strategy, and performance marketing, with full ownership of campaigns that directly influence revenue outcomes. The role requires strong analytical ability, creative execution, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving, lean environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and sales to sharpen positioning in a category increasingly shaped by AI and data governance needs. This is a highly visible position where your work will be directly tied to business performance. Success in this role requires comfort with autonomy, experimentation, and continuous optimization using modern AI tools.
- Own end-to-end demand generation initiatives across multiple channels including content marketing, email, paid media, webinars, and field events to drive qualified pipeline.
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through launch, performance tracking, and iteration.
- Develop and produce high-quality content including thought leadership, case studies, product messaging, and SEO-driven website copy.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience segmentation, competitive research, and campaign performance analysis.
- Manage marketing analytics and reporting in Salesforce, tracking pipeline contribution, ROI, attribution, and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and refine go-to-market strategy.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.
- Proven track record of independently owning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) applied directly to marketing workflows and execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, including ability to build reports, segmentation models, or basic attribution frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working in lean, fast-paced environments with a strong “do-it-all” mentality.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline attribution (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, data governance, or database-related software categories is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills across digital marketing formats.
