This role is focused on driving strategic sales growth through consultative selling, strong client relationships, and deep understanding of technology-based solutions. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of industrial and retail clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The position requires a strong balance between commercial acumen and technical understanding, particularly in complex solutions involving logistics, automation, and IT. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will also develop account plans, proposals, and business forecasts. This is a high-impact commercial role within a fast-growing technology integration environment.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on industrial and retail sectors, ensuring long-term relationship building and revenue expansion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market analysis.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closing.
- Develop account strategies, commercial proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and post-sales) to ensure seamless customer delivery and satisfaction.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, manufacturers, and retail ecosystems to support business growth.
- Provide consultative sales support for complex solutions involving logistics, automation, and IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally selling technical or technology-based solutions.
- Experience working with industrial clients or retail networks, preferably in complex solution environments.
- Strong ability to manage consultative and complex sales cycles.
- Valid driver’s license (CNH B) and availability for travel, with access to a vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- (Nice to have) Experience in AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) or printing outsourcing markets.
