This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing, architecting, and governing enterprise-scale Siemens Teamcenter solutions within complex PLM ecosystems. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end architecture across Teamcenter landscapes, ensuring robust integration with SAP systems and seamless digital product lifecycle management. The position requires deep expertise in Teamcenter configuration, customization, and development, along with strong knowledge of EBOM/MBOM structures and engineering change processes. You will play a key role in defining technical standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, high-performance PLM solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close interaction with enterprise architects, engineering stakeholders, and global delivery teams. This is a strategic role with significant impact on product data governance, system architecture, and enterprise integration.
- Define, design, and govern scalable Teamcenter architectures aligned with enterprise PLM and engineering requirements.
- Lead configuration, customization, and administration of Teamcenter, including data models, BMIDE, and workflow management.
- Architect and oversee Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S across ECM, MM, DIR, and BOM processes.
- Govern ITK development, server-side extensions, and Java-based customization activities within Teamcenter environments.
- Design and manage EBOM/MBOM structures, engineering change management, and end-to-end PLM workflows.
- Lead Active Workspace configuration, customization, and extension development initiatives.
- Establish development standards, version control practices, and governance using GIT and SVN.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to define PLM strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex PLM and integration issues while driving continuous improvement across systems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in PLM environments with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration, BMIDE, data modeling, and workflow management.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter SAP integration using T4S, including ECM, MM, DIR, and BOM processes.
- Proven experience in Teamcenter ITK development, server-side customization, and extensions.
- Deep understanding of EBOM/MBOM management and engineering change management processes.
- Experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of PLM architecture, system integration, and enterprise application design.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as GIT and SVN.
- Experience in technical leadership or solution/enterprise architect roles within PLM ecosystems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
