Job Description
Gulf Management is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Covington-based team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
- Post job openings and optimize listings to attract qualified talent
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection
- Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail
