This role is designed for a strategic, customer-focused consultant who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement. You will work with complex, regulated, and high-stakes organizations to design and deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business challenges into scalable, technology-enabled architectures across ITSM, Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise service management domains. The position involves deep collaboration with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive leadership, ensuring alignment between strategy, process, and execution. You will also play a key role in guiding adoption, change management, and long-term customer success. This is a highly impactful consulting role where your expertise directly shapes how mission-critical organizations modernize and operate.
- Advise clients on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, identifying pain points and defining future-state processes aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments.
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executive, technical, and operational teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Drive customer success by ensuring implemented solutions deliver measurable business value and long-term impact.
- Support training, adoption, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and user engagement.
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support ongoing business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models including ITSM, Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise service management.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
- Competitive salary range of $104,000–$140,000 annually.
