This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce administration, data operations, and sales systems support, ensuring the reliability and integrity of critical business platforms. You will play a key role in managing Salesforce environments, supporting CPQ and integrated systems, and maintaining high standards of data quality across global sales operations. The position involves troubleshooting complex system issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting seamless order-to-cash processes across interconnected tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to improve automation and operational efficiency. This is a highly collaborative and detail-driven role where data accuracy, system performance, and governance are essential. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while also contributing to data-driven business decisions in a global remote-first environment.
- Administer Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and compliance with governance policies.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce system configurations such as page layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and support queues.
- Act as escalation point for complex Salesforce and multi-instance system issues, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
- Perform data stewardship activities including audits, investigations, and corrections to improve firmographic and operational data quality.
- Oversee Salesforce data synchronization with ERP and billing systems to support accurate and efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Monitor system usage, case queues, and SLA adherence while recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
- Document data standards, system changes, and process updates to support governance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to enable automation, enhance processes, and support system enhancements.
- Support UAT, deployments, and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of system updates and improvements.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud), with an active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, system administration, and multi-instance or complex CRM environments.
- Experience in data quality analysis, data governance, and working with integrated or federated system architectures.
- Familiarity with Sales Operations processes and data providers such as ZoomInfo.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system and data issues.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Apex, SOQL) is a plus, along with exposure to SQL, Python, or Heroku.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or Tableau CRM is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, process mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (such as Advanced Admin) are a plus.
