This role sits at the intersection of customer onboarding, technical implementation, and subscription billing operations within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will play a key part in ensuring new customers are successfully onboarded through accurate data migration, system configuration, and integration setup, while also owning the end-to-end subscription billing lifecycle. Working closely with Customer Success teams, you will help deliver a seamless client experience from implementation through renewal. The role blends technical problem-solving, data accuracy, and customer-facing collaboration in a high-impact, fast-paced setting. You will also manage billing processes such as invoicing, renewals, collections, and churn management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational precision and customer success outcomes, and who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
You will be responsible for managing both technical implementation and subscription billing operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding and lifecycle experience for customers. This includes owning data migration, system configuration, and billing accuracy across accounts.
- Lead end-to-end data migration for new customers, including extraction, cleaning, validation, and import of datasets into the platform
- Configure customer accounts, custom fields, workflows, and API/integration setups with related hospitality or SaaS systems
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding execution and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to data integrity, system setup, and integrations before and after go-live
- Maintain implementation documentation, reporting on scope, timelines, and project challenges
- Own the full subscription billing cycle, including invoicing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and churn processing
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including collections, billing audits, and delinquency tracking
The ideal candidate brings experience in SaaS implementations, billing operations, or customer-facing technical roles, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, customer onboarding, implementation, billing, or similar B2B technical support roles
- Hands-on experience with subscription billing tools (e.g., Stripe) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and system integrations between SaaS platforms
- Ability to work with APIs and configure integrations between software systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations independently
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering smooth onboarding experiences
