This is a fully remote opportunity for a client-focused professional who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
You will manage inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and assess the quality of potential leads.
The role combines communication, customer service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.
You will guide prospective clients through the intake process while clearly explaining expectations and next steps.

- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and provide a professional, welcoming, and positive first experience.
- Listen attentively to inquiries, gather relevant information, and screen prospective clients to assess lead quality.
- Clearly communicate the intake process, expectations, requirements, and next steps to prospective clients.
- Schedule consultations and appointments accurately while maintaining organized records.
- Collect and process payments associated with initial consultations.
- Follow established procedures and workflows consistently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide reliable customer service and ensure prospective clients receive clear and helpful guidance throughout the intake process.
- Previous experience in customer service, client intake, front desk, call center, administrative support, or a related environment is beneficial.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand client needs effectively.
- Ability to manage inbound calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and composure.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a genuine interest in helping people.
- High attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage information and appointments.
- Comfortable following established procedures, workflows, and guidelines.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a structured, client-focused environment.
- English proficiency is required.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST/EDT.
- Monthly compensation range of $1,142–$1,220 USD.
