  • Establish consistent product messaging, launch strategies, and customer engagement approaches across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority, helping align product, commercial, clinical, and strategic priorities.
  • Measure market impact and support adoption and business growth throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven professional experience in patient monitoring, vital signs monitoring, life support, or critical care; experience in these medical technology environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows across general care, high-dependency, and critical care settings.
  • Experience developing, communicating, or delivering product value propositions to clinical, commercial, procurement, or healthcare leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with product launches, go-to-market execution, or market development initiatives.
  • Background in areas such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Clinical Applications, Sales Enablement, Strategic Account Management, Product Specialist, or Modality Specialist roles.

  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear clinical, operational, and commercial benefits.
  • Ability to differentiate products from competitors using meaningful, evidence-based positioning.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively across international, multicultural teams without direct authority.
