• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and customer research through prioritization, delivery, launch, and impact analysis.

• Conduct interviews and research with parents, guardians, and teenagers to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and non-obvious opportunities.

• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, including registration funnel conversion, activation, retention, and TPV.

• Prioritize initiatives based on data, expected impact, and clearly defined assumptions, using frameworks such as RICE and ICE.

• Work closely with engineering, design, data, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery.

• Design and structure product experiments, including A/B tests, feature flags, and controlled releases, with clear success criteria established before scaling.

• Analyze product performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Clearly communicate product decisions, trade-offs, priorities, and roadmap choices to stakeholders and leadership.

• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations when making product decisions.

• Contribute to the expansion of financial experiences and use cases designed around shared money management and everyday family needs.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product management role focused on digital consumer products.

• Experience managing products with acquisition and activation funnels, including conversion analysis and optimization.

• Strong data literacy, with the ability to structure analyses, interpret funnels, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions without relying entirely on dedicated analysts.

• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving areas such as legal, compliance, security, and external partners.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Strong customer-centric mindset, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, design, data, legal, and compliance.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain strategic decisions, trade-offs, and product priorities to different audiences.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI in day-to-day work, including for analysis, writing, brainstorming, automation, or other productivity and product development activities.

• Nice to have: Experience working with regulated products such as banking, brokerage, or licensed fintech solutions.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including Pix, boleto, and TEF.
