Job Summary
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for providing evening housekeeping and turndown service to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service. This position prepares guest rooms for a comfortable evening by refreshing the room, replenishing amenities, and creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide evening turndown service to assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Prepare beds for evening use and neatly arrange pillows, linens, and bedding.
- Refresh guest rooms by removing trash and used items and straightening the room as needed.
- Replace used towels and replenish bathroom and guest amenities.
- Close curtains or blinds and adjust lighting according to hotel turndown standards.
- Replenish necessary items in guest rooms and report any supply shortages or discrepancies immediately.
- Organize guest belongings respectfully without disturbing personal items.
- Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or unusual room conditions to the appropriate department.
- Report and properly handle lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
- Respond promptly and courteously to reasonable guest requests.
- Respect guest privacy and follow all security and confidentiality procedures.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 - 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
- High volume/ fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Intermediate English- verbal.
- Must have flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements include:
- The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
