Gexpro Services is seeking recent graduates or upcoming college graduates to participate in the Services Leadership Program (SLP), a two-year rotational development program designed to build the next generation of talent within Gexpro Services' core supply chain services business.
Through a series of rotational assignments, SLP participants gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business while developing a broad understanding of how Gexpro Services delivers supply chain solutions to its customers.
Rotational assignments may include, but are not limited to, operations, warehousing, sales, sourcing, quality, supply chain solutions, trade compliance, and other business functions. Participants will have the opportunity to work across different teams, customer programs, and areas of the organization based on business needs and individual development opportunities.
The program incorporates structured training, professional development, hands-on experience, and challenging assignments designed to strengthen participants' business acumen, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and understanding of Gexpro Services' global supply chain operations.
All assignments are designed to provide meaningful, value-added experience and give participants the opportunity to contribute to the business while building a well-rounded skill set that will support their continued career growth within Gexpro Services.

Gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of Gexpro Services' supply chain services business.
Complete rotational assignments across business functions to develop a broad understanding of Gexpro Services' operations, customers, and supply chain solutions.
Manage and contribute to projects supporting functional teams from beginning to end, with a focus on delivering measurable value to the business.
Develop an understanding of customer requirements and how Gexpro Services' teams work together to deliver effective supply chain solutions.
Expand your professional network by working with team members, leaders, and business partners across different functions and geographical locations.
Acquire and strengthen leadership skills by completing and actively participating in learning and professional development opportunities.
Engage in ongoing collaboration and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, recommend, and support opportunities to improve business processes, customer service, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Analyze tasks, processes, and business challenges with a continuous improvement mindset.
Develop business acumen and analytical capabilities through exposure to operational, commercial, and supply chain decision-making.
Comply with all program requirements and demonstrate continued growth throughout rotational assignments.
Adapt to changing assignments, priorities, customer needs, and business requirements throughout the program.
Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
Strong interest in supply chain services, distribution, operations, sales, or related business functions.
Demonstrated experience with or interest in supply chain, distribution, operations, or business services preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Change management and innovative mindset.
Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to professional and career development.
Versatility, adaptability, and comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across different functions and levels of the organization.

Must be open to relocation to any participating Gexpro Services location during the program.
