CPG Paid Search Specialist, Client Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CPG Paid Search Specialist, Client Experience based in Brazil .

This role focuses on executing and optimizing paid search programs for consumer packaged goods brands, combining hands-on campaign management with strategic client support. You will help translate business goals into effective paid advertising strategies across key digital platforms. The position offers meaningful ownership across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, pacing, and performance analysis. You will work closely with strategists and cross-functional teams while building strong client relationships. Success requires a blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and proactive problem-solving. The role also provides opportunities to use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and campaign performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, QA, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing, launches, optimizations, and reporting with a high degree of ownership and reliability.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable opportunities to improve efficiency, growth, and client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain testing roadmaps, formulate performance hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and coordinate implementation of optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare and communicate performance reports and recaps, using clear data storytelling to highlight insights, challenges, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain a strong client-first approach by incorporating business objectives, brand considerations, constraints, and performance priorities into campaign decisions.
  • Partner closely with lead strategists and internal teams to align paid advertising execution with broader marketing and growth strategies.
  • Proactively identify budget pacing risks, technical issues, performance volatility, and other challenges, responding with calm and solutions-oriented problem solving.
  • Contribute ideas, process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and new approaches that strengthen campaign execution and client results.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and internal technology to improve research, analysis, workflow efficiency, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain timely delivery of campaign launches, updates, reporting, and other client-facing deliverables.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience considered a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct-response marketing, particularly within e-commerce; lead generation and B2B experience is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads for direct-response campaigns; experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest is beneficial.
  • At least 1 year of experience contributing to or leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify, with familiarity with other marketing and technical platforms considered a plus.
  • At least 1 year of client-facing experience, including professional communication and performance discussions.
  • Strong Excel skills, including confidence working with advanced spreadsheet features and analytical functions.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to turn campaign data into practical insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organization, time management, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to use AI tools and technology to improve marketing workflows, analysis, and execution.
