As a Caregiver-CNA, you will provide direct resident care and support while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a safe and welcoming environment.

✅ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

✅ Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

✅ Support residents in maintaining independence and mobility

✅ Observe and report changes in resident condition

✅ Follow physician orders, company policies, and state/federal regulations

✅ Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging living environment

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of three (3) months experience performing basic nursing assistant duties

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Completion of all required in-services and continuing education

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
