Project Scheduler WFH

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Scheduler WFH based in United States.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Project Scheduler supporting complex projects from initiation through completion. The role is responsible for building and maintaining detailed schedules, coordinating resources, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout project delivery. You will monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and take proactive steps to keep projects on track. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects within an innovative and growing sustainable energy environment. Success in this role requires strong planning, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities independently. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines, milestones, and project objectives are consistently achieved.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables remain clearly defined and up to date.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and key stakeholders to establish project requirements, timelines, objectives, and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively coordinate solutions to maintain project momentum and timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, performance dashboards, and schedule updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project resources effectively, helping ensure people and other required resources are appropriately allocated to support project deadlines and objectives.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication across project teams to maintain alignment, transparency, and cohesive execution.
  • Use project management tools and software to track tasks, milestones, dependencies, progress, and other critical scheduling information.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated professional experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, or in a comparable project management or scheduling position, with a strong understanding of project timelines and coordination.
  • Strong proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable project updates and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy when managing schedules, project information, and dependencies.
  • Ability to work independently, stay productive, and manage priorities effectively within a fully remote working environment.
  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly advantageous, although it is not essential.
  • A relevant project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, would be considered an additional advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation of $20–$32 USD.
  • Fully remote working arrangement with flexibility designed to support a strong work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to contribute to projects within the innovative and fast-growing sustainable energy sector.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and dynamic working environment.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in coordinating complex projects and supporting successful project delivery.
