Commercial Leasing Manager at GREENLEAF MANAGEMENT LLC

Position Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by creating and implementing a strategic leasing plan. You will be responsible for securing new tenants for our portfolio of properties located in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

This position will be based at our corporate location in Norcross, GA.

This position is for commercial real estate leasing, residential leasing resumes will not be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leasing Activities:
- Implement and manage marketing strategies that support the achievement of the portfolios performance goals by creating and implementing action plans around leasing and marketing
- Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and relationship building
- Conducts tours with prospective tenants
- Qualify potential tenants by reviewing financials and references
- Prepare and present lease proposals tailored to tenant needs
- Assist with lease agreement execution and ensure all documents are complete and compliant
Tenant Retention:
- Proactively identify and contact tenants nearing lease expiration
- Conduct lease renewal negotiations, offering competitive incentives
- Manage the lease renewal or amendment process from initial contact to final execution
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 + years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or a related field
Real estate license in Georgia
Proven track record of successfully negotiating leases
Property Management software (Yardi) experience a plus
Sales and business development experience in commercial real estate required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
