Customer Service and Sales - Full Time - Management Trainee

Looking for applicants with customer service, CRM, customer service management or customer service implementation experience.

(We do provide full product and customer service training if applicants don't have experience but do want to explore having a career in customer service).

Waypoint Consulting is currently looking for additional Customer Service / Sales Assistants for immediate openings. Applicants must be:

• Well presented and possessing excellent communication skills
• Punctual, reliable and a team player to work alongside our customer service (CRM) teams
• Outgoing, energetic and excited to work in the customer service industry
• Available for Full time hours (no part time available at present)

Waypoint Consulting:

Customer Service / Sales Assistant's:

• Engage with consumers in a professional and friendly manner in order to successfully market and sell our products.
• Create a fun atmosphere where consumers can ask questions, look at their options, and feel comfortable about their purchases.
• Be proficient in territory management
• Will be able to grow as we have a 100% promotion from within policy and have already grown by 150% in the past year.
• Receive full product and customer service training, and are a part of a supportive and enthusiastic environment where everyone is learning and growing at the same time.

Ideal applicants will have:

• Strong communication skills to work with consumers face to face
• A touch of customer facing experience
• A desire to work with people, and an understanding of excellence in customer service
• A professional appearance and demeanor is important
• You'll need to be self motivated
