To register all patients into Meditech for service at URMC, to interview patients to gather demographic and financial data, obtain Medicare Msp information, inform about Advance Directives and Patients Rights, issue ABN's and to obtain signatures for consent to treat and for other release forms, in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
