| Job Summary | Student pharmacists will be responsible for working with the Program Coordinator to design and implement policies and procedures for pharmacies in the identified communities to connect with community partners to offer vaccination clinics or education sessions for the community. They will participate in community events, administering vaccines and providing vaccine information under the direction of a licensed pharmacist. In addition, they will be responsible for the development of education and advertisement materials for the events. The student pharmacists will also be responsible for conducting pharmacy outreach to collect information regarding pharmacy-provided services and assist in the development of the pharmacy resource guide for each community. Student pharmacists will assist the Program Coordinator in the development and implementation of training tools and resources for pharmacy teams and local extension teams. |
