Maintains sub-inventory supplies. Inventories areas daily, replacing needed items and keeping track of charge items. If needed, makes adjustments to par levels, ensuring needed quantities are available. Completes paperwork accurately, paying attention to detail. Places charge stickers on required items. Works with department leaders to ensure accuracy of charges. Maintains the central supply room in a neat and orderly manner. Works with the Receiving staff, buyers, and Materials Management assistant daily. Helps with the crash cart exchange process. Assists with periodic and annual inventories. Must have basic computer skills and the willingness to learn new processes. Must be flexible and willing to work in other areas if required, based on skill level.
