Employee Health & Wellness LPN in Auburn , New York at Auburn Community Hospital

Job Summary:

The Employee Health Office Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical support, maintains employee health records, manages administrative tasks while providing quality patient care to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions.`

• Administer medications, vaccines and treatments

• Perform basic nursing procedures

• Maintain accurate and detailed records

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS may be preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a health office or acute care setting preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Work Environment:

• Standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to infectious materials may be required.

Salary:

• $25-32/hour

Schedule:

8am-4pm Monday-Friday
