Accountant at Defining Wellness Centers LLC – Brandon, Mississippi

Defining Wellness Centers is seeking a staff accountant for supporting business operations with our growing Substance Abuse and Addiction Treatment Facilities located in Brandon and Ridgeland, Mississsippi. This position will report directly to the CFO of the company. Duties include: • Experience with Accounting Software's Sage Intacct, QuickBooks or Netsuite. 2/3 would be good. • Treasury Experience (commercial banking wires, Achs, checks, positive pay) • Daily Entries(AP AR, Cash management) • Journal Entries as directed by CFO o Allocations o Balance Sheet Items o Maintain Schedules such as Prepaids and Fixed Assets • Small Team Experience • Timely, Consistent, deadline oriented • Changing priorities and adaptability • Heathcare Experience a plus • Bachelors Degree Required Submit a resume to join our team.
