Responsibilities Include:
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.
- Provide in-home care to patients.
- Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.
- Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient’s overall health.
- Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.
- Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in continuing education as required.
Qualifications Include:
- Licensed and registered.
- CPR certified.
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit to work physical, and be free of communicable diseases.
