Tetherow Resort has an immediate opening for a Fitness Front Desk Lead!

What you'll do...

• Act as the hub of information for all things Tetherow Sport related
• Assist Tetherow Sport management with scheduling and other operational tasks, as needed
• Ensure front desk attendants are working well and performing to standards, and assist with training
• Answer phone calls and requests for the fitness center and pool
• Register members and guests in a friendly, professional and expedient manner
• Maintain facilities including the locker room, fitness studios, the pool
• Provide amenities including locker room supplies, and towels
• You'll perform regular facility checks for cleanliness and safety
• Maintain records and written information with detail and accuracy
• Perform point-of-sale transactions Outstanding customer service skills who want to be a part of a dynamic team
