Dispatcher in San Diego, California at Ninyo & Moore

Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Assistant/Dispatcher for our San Diego, California office. Duties will include scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects. The Construction Services Assistant/Dispatcher will provide clients with high quality customer service and will communicate the clients' needs to our field staff. Duties will also include inputting data into our scheduling software and preparing field files for staff. This position also requires performing miscellaneous administrative duties, compilation of test results and data, and providing administrative support to project manager.

Education: High School Diploma.

Required Skills: The successful candidate should be proficient in MS Word and Excel and be very detail oriented with excellent organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are required. After-hours and weekend coordination of field staff may be required on occasion. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
