JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
• Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
• Customer Service Manager on Duty
• Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
• Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: No educational requirements.

WORKING EXPERIENCE: Leadership experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.

Reports to the General Manger of the Restaurant.
