Bartender at The Dinky at Berry's on Main – Norwalk, Ohio

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a friendly demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting delicious drinks as well as taking care of tables in the bar and providing excellent service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Must be able to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards.

Create and present drink specials to attract customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Interact with customers and take drink and food orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Manage bar tabs and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes and bar equipment.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Must be of legal drinking age and comply with all regulations regarding alcohol service.

Must have a positive attitude, teamwork spirit and a willingness to learn.
