LOCATION: St. Lawrence Region - Massena, NY
DEPARTMENT: Pain Management
THE POSITION
St. Lawrence Health is looking to hire full-time Pain Management Advance Practice Providers.
Primary location is Potsdam (Canton-Potsdam Hospital) with potential outreach to surrounding hospitals.
Provide outpatient services including but not limited to performing physical exams and observations, recording medical histories and symptoms, creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones, writing orders for medications, lab work, and diagnostic testing, interpreting lab results.
Schedule is based on clinic. Typical schedule is four (4), ten (10) hour days, 8a-6p.
OFFERINGS:
Full-Time Base Pay Range: $122,500-$151,000*
Compensation with salary guarantee, performance based-incentives, sign on bonus

It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
EDUCATION:
- BS: Physician Assistant (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
PAY RANGE: $122,500.00 - $151,000.00

Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
