Crystal Creamery a Dairy Manufacturing in Modesto is looking for an experienced and dynamic Blow Mold Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our blow molding department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of operators, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality plastic containers for dairy products. You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of blow molding operators, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Oversee machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent, high-quality production of plastic containers.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of blow molding equipment and tools to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve technical skills, performance, and safety awareness.
• Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine performance, downtime, and material usage.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Control and Maintenance, to address production issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and cost-saving efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in blow molding, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of blow molding equipment, materials, and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with blow molding machinery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in the food and beverage or dairy industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
