$15.50 an hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Support employees by building trust and helping them overcome challenges.
• Coach individuals to grow personally and professionally.
• Connect employees with resources designed to reduce financial hardships.
• Occasionally transport employees to specific resource locations.
• Assist in onboarding efforts to meet new employees and offer support for job retention and growth.

Think you've got what it takes?

• High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must be proficient in using the computer and Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and car insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and/or walking for periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, if needed.
• Dependable, tactful and resourceful, takes initiative and demonstrates good judgement.
• Has excellent communication ability with employees at all levels and external partners.
• Ability to guide employees in understanding and applying basic financial principles, including budgeting, saving, and expense management.
