Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Associate to join our team at our Senior Living Community. The Care Associate will be responsible for providing assistance to our residents with their daily living activities. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, be flexible, and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

- Participate in activities and events with residents

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Must be flexible with scheduling

- Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
