We are looking to add an Account Manager to our Strategic Accounts Group. As an AM, you will assist Account Executives and sales personnel with trade shows. In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside your Account Executive to prepare for events, from gathering graphics, equipment, and labor for show site execution. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
You will report directly to the SVP—Strategic Accounts Group. Job can be done remotely with the ability to travel to various shows.
Salary is $70-80,000
What You’ll Do:
- Work with Account Executives on show graphic requests and any other requests or needs.
- Assist in the review, entry, processing, and approvals in all stages of the graphic submittal internally and externally.
- When requested, you would lead and oversee local labor in achieving the goals and timelines outlined for an event mostly as it relates to the graphics process at the show.
- Working with the operations manager in identifying and assigning the proper labor and identifying equipment needed for an event as it relates to the graphic distribution, installation, and dismantling.
- Entering and maintaining job tickets and client information.
- Oversee labor onsite and actively work to cut labor jobs while still effectively completing an event.
- Assist in qualifying sales leads.
- Serve as the face of the company within the local community and industry.
Who You Are:
- Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industries preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in Operations and/or Customer Service
- Strong client relationship and service delivery experience
- Ability to understand financial documents and budgets.
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
