Overview of Role

We are looking for an Experienced Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of six months of experience in a wood shop and will be responsible for fabricating and repairing parts for our saunas, managing multiple tasks effectively, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Accomplish tasks effectively
• Notify Management of inferior quality items
• Effectively manage time
• Assemble Crates
• Assemble and cover panels
• Assemble / disassemble saunas
• Maintain clean work area

Our Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 6 months experience in a wood shop
• Ability to fabricate most parts for our sauna
• Ability to repair most workmanship issues
• Ability to cut material with accuracy
• Understands most process areas
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
• Minimal management required
