Program Focus: This program is a 2-story 8 bed co-ed CBRF home and is very active. We are looking for an employee who loves to take our participants out into the community and follow a routine. Someone who is patient in communicating with our 3 limited verbal participants and someone who likes to have fun.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
• A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• American Sign Language is a plus, but not required.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
