Sr. Process Analyst at Fastwyre Broadband – Atlanta, Georgia

Position Summary

The Sr Process Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Audits: Interrogate existing processes and performance.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined, scalable solutions.
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of process changes.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting systems to monitor process performance and impact on organizational goals.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
