IT Analyst at SHOPLINE

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service;
• Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained;
• Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services;
• Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines;
• Participate in various IT projects.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-3+ years relevant experience preferably in IT field
• University degree is prefer
• With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus
• Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
