CNC Lathe Operator at Avanti Engineering, Inc. – Glendale Heights, Illinois

Performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machines to cut, shape or from metal parts to specifications.

CNC OPERATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS :

· 2-3 years’ experience operating more than 2 machines , CNC lathes and/or CNC Swiss style machines

· Able to read and understand blueprints

· Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices

· Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs

· Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines

· Able to make adjustments on the machine

· Good communication skills

· High attention to detail

· Good technical and mathematical skills

Schedule: Monday – Friday ; overtime available

- 1st shift : 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or , 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
