- 62-bed Level IV NICU and 22 Level II beds with an average daily census of 70+
- Over 5,000 annual births at Joe DiMaggio and 8,000+ across two sister NICUs with 36 Level III beds
- Access to cutting-edge neonatal care: ECMO, therapeutic hypothermia, BPD programs, HFOV, HFJV, NAVA
- Robust high-risk perinatal navigation program
- Care of a full spectrum of complex neonatal diagnoses

- Flexible scheduling: 10–12 hour day shifts, 12–16 hour night shifts, and 24-hour shifts at Memorial West and Memorial Miramar

Qualifications
- Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Applicants must have completed a one year post-masters Neonatal PA training program or have one year of recent experience as a Neonatal PA in a NICU
