The Cathedral Hotel in Lichfield is seeking a friendly and versatile General Assistant to join our exceptional team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that supports various departments — ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, and helping to maintain the welcoming atmosphere our guests love.
As a General Assistant, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day running of the hotel, including:
Supporting the Reception team with guest check-ins and inquiries
Assisting our Housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards
Working alongside the Food & Beverage team during service times
Ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint, from arrival to departure
This is a casual position working a variety of shifts patterns including evenings and some weekends.
