We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as client advisors and service specialists. In this role, you’ll become the main point of contact for families, guiding them through benefit programs and making sure they feel confident in their coverage.

This position is more than customer service—it’s about building trust, simplifying insurance, and empowering clientswith knowledge and support.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing support and guidance after enrollment

• Clearly explain policy details, updates, and claims processes in everyday language

• Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability

• Work with leadership to improve client onboarding and service systems

• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people

• Comfortable using technology and working in a virtual environment

• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Background in customer service or insurance is an asset (not required)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
