Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on service area. A list of general responsibilities is provided below.

• Diagnose a diverse range of technical malfunctions, including emergencies, efficiently and accurately and perform required technical services
• Install, repair and replace residential fixtures, systems, and heavy equipment
• Inspect residential systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Provide accurate estimates and invoices for repairs and projects
• Competent use of modern industry-standard machinery and equipment
• Meet weekly with Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, crawling through small spaces, and be able to work in the cold and heat
• Other duties and responsibilities at manager's discretion

• Current relevant trade license
• At least 1 year of experience
• Clean, professional appearance
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong multitasking skills
• Team player with a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work on-call schedule rotation: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to pass Driving Record and Background checks
